Guinness World Records WAS achieved by the JC Happiness Charity Foundation and the International Association of Mental Health Hong Kong, Ocean Park, Hong Kong SAR, on November 16, 2022.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health has been a critical issue among Hong Kong residents due to increased stress, anxiety and challenges in all areas of their
lives.

To raise awareness about mental health, the JC Happiness
Charity Foundation and the International Association of Mental Health Hong Kong created the 「 INNER CHILL 」 campaign, for which over 18,000 pieces of The Chill Panda® art paintings were created by children and celebrities and presented in 3,333 frames to promote mental health awareness among the public and enhance love, creativity and positive energy in the world. They are committed to creating a better world through alignment with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) principles.

Many leading organizations participated in the Guinness World Records mental health event.
